平素より格別のご高配を賜り誠にありがとうございます。2月13日以降、北日本を中心に4月並みの高温予報となっております。これに伴い、安全上のため今後の営業について下記の通りとさせていただきます。
・2月15日（木）は雨天のため営業を中止させていただきます。
・14、16日以降の営業については当面の間営業内容を下記の通り変更させていただきます。
雨の影響で道路状況が悪くなる恐れがございます。ご来場の際は防水靴などで対策をお願いいたします。

ご登録メールに届いている予約完了メールより、キャンセル手続きをしてください。
【メールから】
氏名、予約日時、内容、予約番号、キャンセルの旨記載し下記へ送信ください。スタッフがキャンセル処理を実施しお客様に完了の旨返信いたします。
・その他、安全上必要となった場合は営業アクティビティの一部中止/イベント自体休業となる場合がございます。随時ホームページにてご案内いたしますので、ご来場の前に予めご確認いただけますようお願いいたします。

To Our Valued Guests Planning to Visit Mahora Iwate Ice World 2024:
Please note that the following information is based on the current operational schedule as of February 16th and is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
Thank you very much for your continued support. From February 13th onwards, temperatures in northern Japan are expected to rise to levels typically seen in April. Consequently, for safety reasons, we are making the following changes to our operations going forward:
February 15th (Thursday): Closed due to rainy weather.
Operations from February 14th onwards: The following changes will be implemented until further notice:

Entry to Ice Structures, Ice Bar: Entry temporarily suspended (resumption will be announced as soon as possible). Exterior viewing only.
Admission Fee: During the suspension of entry to ice structures, admission fees will be reduced to ¥500 for elementary school students and above, while preschool children will be admitted for free.
Shuttle Bus Mahora Liner: Operating as usual.
Easy Ice Fishing: Operating as usual.
Ice Smelt Fishing: Operating as usual (cancellations will be communicated to reservation holders and on the website).
Snow Rafting: Information regarding availability will be provided on the website.
Kamakura Kotatsu (Igloo Heated Tables): Operating as usual (cancellations will be communicated separately to reservation holders).
Komorebi Hall, Gourmet Fair, Hinata Hall: Operating as usual.
Snow Treasure Hunt, Treasure Hunt, Ice Break Challenge: Operating as usual (cancellations will be announced on the website if necessary).
Sledding: Information regarding availability will be provided on the website.
Illumination: Operating as usual.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation (for activities or shuttle bus), cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled date will not incur any cancellation fees. Please follow the instructions below for cancellation:
Cancellation Procedure:
Via STORES Mahora Iwate Reservation Site: Please proceed with cancellation using the reservation confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
Via Email: Include your name, reservation date and time, details, reservation number (if available), and a request for cancellation. Send this information to entry@mahora-iwate.com. Our staff will process the cancellation and provide confirmation of completion at a later date.
Further Notices: In case additional operational adjustments or event closures become necessary for safety reasons, we will provide updates on the website. We kindly ask you to check for any updates before your visit.
